About Rolf Bruckert

GOLF:  Rolf has been involved with the game of golf for over 40 years. He started playing the game in his early teenage years and played rounds with PGA Touring Professionals Mason Rudolph and Doug Sanders (1967); Bruce Devlin and British Open Champion, Tony Jacklin (1971).

Rolf worked in golf course maintenance under the guidance of the superintendent at Wolferts Roost Country Club in Albany, NY.  Within a short time, he joined the Professional Golf Staff at Wolferts Roost Country Club as the Assistant Professional. Rolf was  instrumental in forming the Northeastern New York PGA Assistants Championship.  This championship is still functioning today with its most recent championship played at Town of Colony Golf Club. Serving as the Secretary-Treasurer for two years for this organization, he joined the Professional staff at Onondaga Golf and Country Club in Syracuse, NY as an Assistant PGA Junior A Professional and later became Head Professional at Allegheny Hills Golf Course, Rushford, NY.  Completing Rolf’s extensive experience is several stints in food and beverage service and management.  Familiar with all aspects of Golf facility ownership, management, golf course design, and argonomy, Rolf is a Professional’s professional.

REAL ESTATE:  With over 16+experience in the real estate industry in residential, commercial, vacant land and farm & home properties comprised of hundreds of acres, Rolf understands the challenges of marketing in various market places and volitile times.  Additionally, Rolf has owned and managed an individual brokerage and maintains NYS Assoc. Broker license today.  Rolf’s well rounded experience makes him uniquely well qualified to lead GLP into the future, expanding GLP services and sustaining customer satisfaction.  He is lead Broker for the GLP team.

About Barbara Carlsen

REAL ESTATE:  Barbara has over 15+ years in sales experiences with 4 years experience in real estate sales.  Barbara has obtained her NYS Assoc. Broker License and has expereince in CNY and WNY residential and commercial sales, earning recognition in leadership and sales roles.   Her experience is comprised of an interesting background that includes customized education and tutoring, mentoring, training, recruiting, business development and more. 

Barbara is the Marketing and Administrative arm of the GLP team organizing and implementing custom marketing and branding plans for the team and for GLP Clients.  Working together with HUNT Commercial marketing, Barbara coordinates marketing activity and tracks results with reports to team and to clients. Analysis of budgets, business brokerage services and business valuation are also under her directive.  Positive, proactive, professional, Barbara is a complement to the team.

EDUCATION:  Barbara is finishing her business degree in B.S Organizational Management through Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester NY.  Additionally, her education includes various leaderhsip courses, Certification in Marketing, and a background in nursing, private education, and equine and canine training.
